By creating 3D microtissues that spontaneously differentiate into edible cells, our revolutionary organoid technology can produce cultivated meat in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Our first product is the meat of the freshwater eel: an endangered species that can’t be bred in captivity, with a market potential estimated to be in the billions of dollars.
