We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Analyst to join our growing team in the Netherlands. Today PeakBridge manages three funds with a combined AUM of $250m and supports over 30 portfolio companies mostly across Europe and the US.
Support investment decisions via financial analysis and modelling, including valuations and scenario planning
Lead key workstreams during due diligence processes, including business model assessment, risk analysis, and competitive benchmarking
Help guide internal decision making and service external stakeholders with high-quality investment memoranda and presentations
Shape portfolio success by monitoring performance and developing strategic initiative
Support fundraising and investor relations with deep market insights and joining select investor meetings
Identify & assess exit pathways and value realization strategies across the portfolio
Build industry relationships within the FoodTech ecosystem and broader VC community
1-4 years in investment banking, PE, VC, or management consulting Experience in deal structuring, analysis and execution Bachelor’s degree minimum (advanced degree preferred) Strong financial modeling and communication skills Genuine interest in Food & Health innovation Fluency in English (additional languages a bonus!)
Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities, with attention to detail
Sound understanding of business models, market structures, and value creation drivers
Clear and structured communication skills, both in writing and in-person.
Critical thinker with a strong ability to form independent, data-driven views
Self-motivated and organized; able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams
Comfortable working closely with founders, investors and partners in a fast-moving space
